Who runs this site
imoliver.com is run by Oliver McCann (imOliver), a British AI music designer. For anything about your data, use the contact form and pick "Other" — data requests are answered personally.
What's collected, and why
- Sign-in (Apple or Google): your name and profile photo, so comments, questions, votes and collected cards appear as you. Nothing else is read from your Apple/Google account, and no password is stored here.
- Comments, questions, remix submissions and reactions: the text or link you submit, shown publicly on the site once approved. Anonymous comments are allowed — a name is optional.
- Public profile: your name, photo, optional bio and Suno link are visible to anyone on your profile page and beside your activity. Edit or blank them any time from your profile.
- Contact form: your name, email and message — used only to read and reply.
- Release news: only if you tick the box on the contact form. It's occasional, it's only about imOliver releases and shows, and every email lets you unsubscribe.
- Listening & points: signed-in listening events power first-listener cards and the top-fans hall. They're tied to your account, not sold or shared.
Who receives it
Nobody outside the site. Data lives on Cloudflare's infrastructure (the site's host). Sign-in uses Apple/Google only to confirm it's you. There is no advertising, no analytics resale, and no data sharing with third parties.
How long it's kept
- Account, profile, comments and cards: for as long as your account exists.
- Contact messages: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- News-list emails: until you unsubscribe or ask for removal.
Deletion & your rights
Ask via the contact form and your account, profile, comments, reactions and cards will be deleted, normally within 14 days. Under UK GDPR you can also ask what's held about you, have it corrected, or complain to the ICO.
Cookies
Only functional ones: a session cookie when you sign in, and a preference or two (like your sound setting). No tracking cookies, no third-party ad cookies.
